Why work with a travel advisor?
Because the research takes hours, and I've already done most of it. I curate the options around what you actually want, vet every recommendation myself, and get you perks you can't book on your own: upgrades, breakfast, resort credits. Then I'm there while you travel, so when a flight gets cancelled at 6am you have someone to call.
Does booking through you cost more?
No. Hotel and cruise bookings are complimentary, at the same rate you'd find on your own and sometimes better. If a trip needs full planning, I quote the fee before any work begins, so you always know the cost up front.
Do you book flights?
Yes. And when booking through me isn't the best move for you, I'll say so and help you find the optimal routing or the smartest way to use your points. You get the honest answer either way.
Can I use my credit card points to book hotels?
Not for hotels, since points bookings sit outside the platform I work in. For flights, Fora's partnership with point.me lets us put those points to work, and their concierge service can handle the booking for you.
How far in advance should I reach out?
Three to six months is ideal for international trips, and earlier for peak season, group travel, or anything built around one specific hotel. That said, I've put together some of my favorite trips on short notice, so it's always worth asking.
What is Fora?
Fora is the travel agency I advise through. Working with them gives me access to preferred hotel programs, partner perks, and a network of advisors I can tap for local knowledge. You still work directly with me on everything.
Is any trip too small?
No. A single hotel night, a long weekend at the beach, three weeks across Spain: the process is the same and the care is the same. Send it over and we'll figure it out.
What if something goes wrong while I'm away?
You reach out and I handle it. Cancelled flights, a hotel that isn't what was promised, plans that need reshuffling mid-trip. Having someone who already knows your itinerary is most of the value of working with an advisor.
